At Cheap Shuttle Express, we have programs in place to protect our client’s information and we will quickly respond to any concerns regarding collected data security.
By reserving a vehicle for service, the customer agrees to the entire Cheap Shuttle Express & Sedan Service Policy, which includes credit card transaction, deposit, and cancellation policy.
In an effort to keep our vehicles clean, no smoking or drinking allowed at all time.
Roundtrip payment must be prepaid in full or on the day of the first part of the trip.
It is always advisable to pre book your reservation ahead of time and allow enough travel time for those departing from the Los Angeles International Airport–LAX or any other airports. All airport trips requires a 24 hours advance reservation.
For curbside pickup at the airport, please have your cell phone handy just in case our driver might call or text you to find out your location at the arrival terminal. We check flight status and we do NOT charge our clients if your flight is delayed. But we do ask to contact us if your flight is delayed more than 1 hour, cancelled, or if there is any other changes.
For Arrival Meet and Greet at baggage claim area! Our driver will meet you at your arrival airline baggage claim area. Your name will be clearly displayed on a sign by our driver. Once you have your luggage, your driver will direct you to the vehicle immediately and you’re on your way safely to your final destination.
This is helpful especially for international passengers, visitors, passengers without cell phone contact, and those that might need assistance with their luggage. It takes the anxiety and confusion away knowing that someone will meet you at baggage claim area.
Arrival Meet and Greet service is $10.00. This includes up to 1 hour waiting time and airport parking charge.
By booking a reservation with Cheap Shuttle & Limousine Services for your travel, you agreed to provide us with accurate information. Incorrect reservation info will result in your reservation not been honored. We do reserve the rights to refuse services to anyone.
Pickup from your home, hotel & or business, includes a 15 minutes waiting without incurring additional charges added to your fare. For over twenty (20) or more minutes of waiting a $10.00 fee will be added to your fare.
Be advice that our pickup locations at different Airports will be note accordingly in your reservations.
To cancel a reservation, call or email if your travel plans changes, at least 4 hours prior to your pickup time. We will be glad to give you a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for reservations cancelled less than 4 hours notice to your pickup time or in case of a No-Show. Refunds back to your credit cards may take 2 to 3 business days.
Failure of customer(s) to comply with the rules and regulations set forth in the Cheap Shuttle & Limousine Service Policy will result in termination of service requiring full payment without refunds.
Finally, we reserve the rights to make any changes to our rates, credit cards transaction agreement, cancellation policy, term & conditions agreement, and any other information related to our operations.
