Reservation has to be canceled not less than four hours before your requested pickup time and once a driver is dispatched to your location, a confirmed reservation cannot be canceled at the last minute. If due to flight delays and or canceled flights, please call or email us to make any adjustments to your time instead of canceling the reservation. We can accommodate you as long as we are informed ahead of time. Please be advised that there are no refunds for cancelation received less than four hours notice before your pickup time and in the case of a NO SHOW. Refunds back to your cards may take 2 to 3 business days.
